  • Tell us how the shoe or accessory fits and looks on you, plus any details you really like
  • Tell us how you are styling this item. Is it for a special occasion, or work?
  • If you aren't 100% happy with the product, let us and others know why. Is it the material, the style or the fit?
  • Please don't include any personal or identifiable information about yourself
  • If you experienced any issues with service or delivery, do let our Customer Experience Team know, but when it comes to the review, we really want to know what you thought about the product itself
  • Steer clear of mentioning other retailers or brands, even if the comparison is positive
  • Mentioning the exact price you paid might confuse other customers, as pricing can change and differs by currency
  • Inappropriate or abusive language is a big no, no!

How does it work?
Head Over Heels’ Media Carousel and Gallery redisplays pictures of you styling out our pieces. They’re submitted and approved by you, and give you the chance to show off your look. Plus, everything is shop-able at the click of a button. As a reward, our Marketing team will be choosing one entrant at random to win a £50 voucher each month (UK only). 
I’m in. How do I get involved?
It’s easy. Tag us on Instagram with @HeadOverHeels or add a picture using the upload button and the team will take a look. We wish we could use every shot, but that’s all part of the fun, right? If you’ve uploaded via Instagram, we’ll slide in to your comments with a message asking your permission to feature it. If you’re happy, just comment back with #YesHeadOverHeels to get things rolling.
How will I know if I've won?
We’ll comment under your original picture on Instagram to let you know you’ve won. If you submitted your photo via the uploader button, we’ll contact you via the email submitted with your entry.

What if I don't want you to use my picture?
If you’d prefer not to be featured, just select the Report Photo button on the image and we’ll know not to use it. If the photo is still live after 24 hours, drop us a line and we’ll make sure it’s taken down. 
Can I report an image or video?
If you spot something that you find inappropriate, you can report it to us using the Report Photo button. We keep all reports completely confidential. If the image meets our standards or you’re not the owner of the image, we’ll take your feedback into consideration but might still keep the image live. 
I posted on Instagram and tagged @HeadOverHeels but I can't see my image on the Head Over Heels website?
We wish we could use every shot, but that’s all part of the fun, right? To increase your chance of being featured, make sure that your photo is clear and crisp, square or portrait and shows the product clearly. 
If I delete an image from my Instagram account or change my settings to be private, will the image be removed from the Head Over Heels website?
No, removing a post or changing your privacy settings won’t remove the image from our site. If you do want the image removed, you can select the Report Photo button or contact our Customer Experience Team.
